Met a potential customer here and it was a great place to post up. The line went quick when ordering and there was plenty of seating throughout. I ordered a chai tea latte and the flavor was great - it was the tasty powder kind and not the liquid pump.

We were in Kansas City for a Chiefs game, and this place was around the corner from where we were staying. We went the first morning and the last night we were there. The guy working there remembered us and even wished us safe travels on out way back. That goes to show the level of customer service at this place! On top of that, the coffee was great!

Broadway Cafe is one of my favorite coffee shops in KC! Their coffee is amazing with great prices! The staff is always friendly and welcoming when I come. The cafe is a great place to do some work or meet up with friends!

I am so happy we decided to stop here. I got a tall Irish cream latte, and it was one of the best lattes I've had in years. It wasn't overly bitter or too sweet. It had the perfect foam ratio. And the latte art was beautiful of course! Their go-to roast was just really tasty!! I also had a coffee cake, which was so moist and flavorful. I should have ordered some to go, it was soooo good. Loved seeing the local art and flyer wall. Local spots like this really enrich a community.

While in KC for a tattoo appointment a few blocks away, my artist recommended we get drinks from here. I was not disappointed! So good, I'll have to make it a habit whenever I'm in the area again! Delicious iced caramel latte.

Solid coffee shop! Gets the 5 stars because I have no complaints. Good coffee and chill atmosphere. On par with the average KC coffee shop experience which is typically elite.

Superb coffee shop. Cozy and welcoming. Excellent house coffee brewed for perfection and served in a porcelain cup. Superior Carrot Cake in a generous portion. There are tables where you can sit and sip your coffee. Awesome!

My husband and I love trying new coffee shops wherever we travel and in the week that we were in KC we visited this one in particular 4 times. The staff was so helpful and nice and the coffee was excellent. I appreciate places that know what they’re doing and aren’t making a sugar bomb mess of a latte. The syrups are made in house and they’re excellent! We’ll be back the next time we’re in KC, thanks again :)

Coffee is definitely great. They use high quality coffee beans with good flavour. Good environment , good people good staff. They do really care about what they do and leave great impression. For me it’s 5/5
